A modern airport should be a large complex that includes everything necessary for passengers to feel comfortable. PHX is no exception in this sense. If you arrive at this airport, you can use the services that will allow you to have a pleasant and useful time. Let’s take a closer look at this issue.

Services

To begin with, let’s say that there are many shops here. These stores are evenly distributed among the terminals. Passengers can buy souvenirs, gifts, food, drinks, electronics, clothes, accessories and many other interesting things. Here are some stores you can visit: Bunky Boutique, En Route Travel, Arizona Highways, Roosevelt Row. And, of course, there is Duty Free.

There are just as many cafes and restaurants here. Some examples: Blue Mesa Tacos, Dunkin’, Chelsea’s Kitchen, Starbucks.

  • Among the minor drawbacks, we note that there is no Phoenix Airport luggage storage.
  • If you like music, you will love Traveling Tunes. This airport regularly hosts concerts by local artists.
  • If you lose any item, you can contact Lost and Found. Airport staff will help you.
  • There are Sky Harbor Airport smoking areas. These locations are on the street. Smoking is prohibited elsewhere at this airport.
  • Each passenger can use free PHX Boingo wifi. In addition, you can have fun at the Phoenix Airport Museum. Various exhibitions are held here.
  • Some other services available to passengers are: kids play area, pet relief area, chapel, mailboxes, charging stations, nursing spaces, passengers paging.

About lounges

This airport has seven lounges. These are locations available to all passengers. You can comfortably spend time here while waiting for your flight. Terminal 3 has one lounge. All other (6) lounges are located in terminal 4.

Each lounge has its own opening hours. For example, USO Lounge opens at 8 am and closes at 8 pm.

All lounges have approximately the same list of services. You can order food or drink here. Passengers can use wireless Internet, read the latest press, watch TV, take a shower. Some lounges have computer equipment that can help you solve business issues. For example, these are scanners, copiers, printers.

To use one or another lounge, you need to pay a certain amount of money. Rates start at $44.
